One flat hourly rate, quoted for your specific role and hours on the scoping call and billed in USD. It covers the professional's compensation plus our recruiting, vetting, contracts, overseas payroll, and ongoing management. You never pay benefits, HR costs, or placement fees.
Is this legal and compliant?
Yes. Your team member is engaged through Bridgepoint, so you have no overseas payroll, employer-of-record, or compliance obligations. You simply pay one invoice to us.
What if it's not a good fit?
If it's not working within the first 2 weeks, we replace your team member free of charge — no questions asked. After that, we stay involved with performance check-ins to keep things on track.
